Overview

SchoolPilot AI ("we", "us") helps families organize school calendars, assignments, and documents. We respect your privacy and only collect data needed to provide the service.

Information We Collect

• Account information (email, name) when you register.
• School-related documents you upload for AI processing.
• Google Calendar data you explicitly connect, limited to event creation and sync.

How We Use Your Data

• To create and manage your family's school calendar.
• To extract events and assignments from documents you upload.
• To sync events to your connected Google Calendar.

Data Security

Each family's data is isolated using row-level security. Your documents and events are never shared with other families. Uploaded files are validated server-side before processing.

Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can request full data export or account deletion at any time from the Settings page.
